Brasserie Sorolla

Brasserie Sorolla offers a subtle and varied menu without any extravagant proposals, loyal to traditional cuisine and with an exquisite presentation. Modern and bold perfectly describe the menu that chef José María Baldo and his team have created for you.

As well as fantastic dishes, the setting at Brasserie Sorolla makes dining here a fantastic experience. The dining room, presided by Sorolla’s painting La Señora, includes spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, which you can enjoy from its porch during the summer season. The menu includes a snacks section with tapas, small portions and pasta to please all tastes.

Meeting point with magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from its porch. The Lobby Bar offers a large selection of cocktails elaborated by our expert bartender Iván Martínez, former Spanish cocktail-making champion.

One phone call and your favourite dish in your room in no time. Open 24h a day. On our menu you can find small dishes, pasta, sandwiches, desserts, drinks and our special selection. Also, during Brasserie Sorolla’s opening hours, you can request any dishes on the menu (except rice dishes, fideuà and fish to be boned).

Blue Pool & Bar Restaurant

The Blue Pool Bar & Restaurant is a casual and fun concept. Located next to the swimming pool, you can sit down facing stunning views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea while you enjoy refreshing creative cocktails, milkshakes and natural fruit juices.

Rocambolesc

The Roca Brothers ice cream fantasy.

The dining experience in our hotel exceeds expectations, and it is our honour to be home to a very special place, Rocambolesc, the creative ice cream parlour belonging to the El Celler de Can Roca group, headed by master pastry chef Jordi Roca.

Inspired by a universe that is as magical as it is sweet, Rocambolesc reinterprets artisanal ice cream with a unique vision that combines premium-quality ingredients with more than a hint of fantasy. From reinvented classics to unusual flavours and surprising toppings, each creation is an invitation to let the senses run wild. Gluten-free options are available.

Kiosko Chill & Grill

When the sun goes down, the kid’s pool area is transformed into a new space designed with flavour and relaxation in mind: KIOSKO Chill & Grill.

This is an informal, bustling space in which Mediterranean tapas, grilled meats and seasonal, locally sourced produce take centre stage.

Inspired by the summer spirit of a beach bar but with a contemporary twist, KIOSKO Chill & Grill offers al fresco dining accompanied by the aroma of the grill, a relaxed ambience, and the best chill-out music from our resident DJ.

The perfect place for sharing, unwinding and savouring the evening in a relaxed, family-friendly setting where the cuisine is in tune with the rhythm of summer.
